Get connected in three simple steps.
Sign up for an account.
Go to the Locations page and type in your address. If service is available in your building, you will be able to create an account and place an order.
Place your order.
Place a service order and customize it according to your needs. Once the order is confirmed and paid for, the service will be activated immediately.
Connect your device.
Service is activated immediately upon payment, with the exception of pre-registrations and pre-orders. Simply connect your device to the wall jack in your unit.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need a modem?
No, a modem is not required. An Ethernet jack has been installed in your wall. Simply plug your computer or wireless router to that jack with an Ethernet cable to connect to the Internet.
Do you provide wireless routers?
North Star Fiber does not provide wireless routers to our clients. You can purchase your own wireless router and install it. For a list of recommended routers, click here.
